At Global Premium Trading, we take pride in providing high-quality handcrafted products. Due to the nature of our wholesale business, we have a strict no-return policy except for defective or incorrectly shipped items.

1. Returns & Exchanges

•No returns or exchanges are accepted unless the product is defective or incorrectly shipped.

•All sales are final once an order is processed and shipped.

 

2. Damaged or Defective Items

•If you receive a defective or damaged product, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of:

     •The damaged item

     •The shipping box & packaging

     •The shipping label

•Approved claims will be eligible for a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

•We do not provide refunds for minor variations in color, wood grain, or handmade imperfections.

 

3. Incorrect or Missing Items

•If you receive the wrong item or have missing items, notify us within 3 days of delivery for a resolution.

•We may require you to return the incorrect item before shipping a replacement.

 

4. Lost or Stolen Packages

•We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the order has been shipped.

•If your order is lost during transit, we will file a claim with the shipping carrier on your behalf. Due to extended production times, we cannot guarantee a replacement. Please contact info@globalpremiumtrading.com

•Shipping insurance is recommended for high-value orders.

 

5. Return Shipping Responsibility

•If a return is approved for defective or incorrect items, we will provide a return shipping label.
