Welcome to Global Premium Trading LLC. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a smooth business transaction for both parties.

1. Orders & Payments

• Minimum $200 per order

• All orders must be placed online through our wholesale platform.

• Payment upon receipt is required unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• We no longer offer 30-day credit terms due to inventory and cash flow management.

• Orders will not be processed or shipped until full payment is received.

• We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other online payment methods.

 

2. Pricing & No Volume Discounts

• All prices are in dollar and are subject to change without notice.

• We no longer offer volume discounts due to inventory management and rising costs.

• Prices reflect fair and sustainable wholesale rates for all customers.

 

3. Shipping, Back Orders & Out-of-Stock Items

• Orders are shipped via UPS/USPS with tracking.

• Back Orders & Out-of-Stock Items: If an item is unavailable at the time of fulfillment, we will issue a refund for the missing item(s).

• Lost Packages: If your order is lost in transit, we will file a claim with the shipping carrier. Please contact info@globalpremiumtrading.com

• Delays & Liability: We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

• Customers must provide accurate shipping details. Reshipping due to incorrect addresses will incur additional fees.

 

4. Returns & Claims

• No returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped.

• Any claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within 3 days of receipt with photo evidence.

• If approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit (refunds are at our discretion).

 

5. Cancellation & Order Adjustments

• Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been processed.

• Custom or special orders require full payment upfront and are non-refundable.

 

6. Intellectual Property & Branding

• All images, product descriptions, and branding materials provided by Global Premium Trading LLC remain our intellectual property.

• Customers may use these materials for marketing and resale with permission but may not alter or claim ownership.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for lost profits, indirect damages, or third-party claims arising from the use or resale of our products.

• Our liability is limited to the cost of the purchased products.
